Is it for you?

Whether you are considering leaving a job or changing career, thinking of ending a relationship, or making a major life-style shift, these big decisions can be really stressful especially when you don’t feel you have the time or headspace to think them through properly.

As a Coach I won’t be advising you on what path to take or decision to make, but I will guide you through the process of creating greater self-knowledge and well-being and as a result you’ll have more clarity and confidence to make choices that are right for you and have the support to carry them through.

You will also do the inner work to help resolve o manage current issues in the job or relationship so that you don’t carry them forward.

You know you need a change but can’t figure out what or how, or you know what you want but you just can’t get started.

Are you turning 40 or 50 and reevaluating what you want for yourself in the future and not sure how to start?

When you work with me, you’ll have the headspace to unravel all your thoughts, ideas and doubts.  You’ll reconnect with your vision for the future, what you love doing and be supported to make changes. As your self-knowledge increases and you take care of yourself, you’ll feel more empowered and will have greater clarity and confidence to carry through with the bigger choices you make.

Have you been juggling too much for too long? maybe you know you aren’t looking after yourself properly but you feel like you haven’t got the time or energy to do anything about it. It’s time to get some help and support before it affects your work, health and relationships.

We can work together through the Coaching process to set healthy boundaries, manage expectations, prioritize your well-being and create new habits for regaining some balance and managing stress.  You will also reconnect with the things you love to do and weave them back into your daily life.

My aim is for you to be healthier and happier within yourself and live with greater ease and joy.
